    • This new and exciting free toolbar will produce several new reports for agents to use. You will have Area Sales Comparisons available to you for your Market area. You will be able to create custom Flyers to use with an Info Box on the property.
      With the toolbar, you will be able to impress your seller with a Single Property Website, with a few clicks of the mouse. Create a personalized Sign Rider. Use this with a company that makes the signs and save some of the setup fees.
      Use some of the statistical information in the graphs to familiarize yourself with your market area. Create a Craigslist Ad for your own listings with a just few clicks.

A discussion of the most important FAR forms outside of the contracts will also be included.
